Is there any other way to gear up at level 120 besides heroic dungeons?

While Heroic dungeons award you with 325 gear, Mythic dungeons awards you with 340+ gear, Arathi rares can drop 340 gear too. On top of that, the world bosses in the BfA zones drop 355 gear and the world boss (switching for Alliance and Horde weekly) in Arathi Highlands, drops 370 gear.

Also, Uldir, the current raid, drops 355+ gear (Normal mode)

There's also gear that can be bought from the BfA faction quartermasters and you can get gear from completing world quests. Also, professions can make gear.

In addition, there's also some rare world drops (I've gotten a 365 cloak during leveling)

So there's plenty of ways to get gear outside of Heroic dungeons
