Bug description: The quest isnt working, it should give iLvl to the Heart of Azeroth, the quest is avaliable as soon ast you reach a new reputation lvl. I got 2 reputation lvls and both time it didnt work. It seems that on Trello the issue was the increased ilvl been too high.

Nevermind, the same happend with a guildie, just had to unequip and equip the Heart of Azeroth again.
