Bug description: If you jump through the portal in the well to get to the Dalaran basement, load screen will appear and you end up in instanced(?) version of Dalaran. Only the basement is spawned, but if you run back up, there is zero spawn, and you cannot fly. Also, if you jump from the Dalaran and swim, e.g. to the Broken Shores, again zero spawn, the mpa is empty, and you still cannot fly.
