Bug description:
The mobs that drop the recipes have a 40% and 90% drop rate as seen at the database (links above)
I have killed more than 500 mobs (Torn Fin Coastrunner and Oracle) and still no drop...
Is there a limit or am I missing something?
It's not a serious problem unless you are a completionist...

Confirmed.
The drop chance of that item is not correct in the Freakz-Database.

Try farming these mobs instead.
