PvP Vendor

Hello, I was checking the website and saw the features they were going to add in the Phase 0, including a custom PvP vendor, after some searching and some asking, no one even heard about someone getting a custom pvp gear, I wanted to know if it will be added or not, because it can be a huge gap that non-donated players could fill.

It is not ready yet, will be released once the first Season officially starts.

Thanks! I am eager for it. And one more thing, what will the ilvl be on that gear? Will it be eqal to let's say a m10 key or something around there?
