Bug description: npcs don't respawn, i found a topic that said is fixed but it's not, i completed the bombing quest (Boom goes the bomb) first and when i did it the npcs dissapeared. i abbandoned and took it again but nothing works, been here for more than 4 hours.

I've tried reproducing the bug with no success since the fix was implemented. Please contact a GM in-game via ticket to try and resolve this issue for you.

If you, however, run into this issue again on a different character, then please record it and make another bug report for us to look further into.
