Bug description: The quest will not upgrade the necklace artifact as per quest description (basically, nothing happens, except maybe the money from the Q)

) be repaired, will be there any way, how to retake the Q to get also the upgrade, when the Q was already taken? Thank you!

Upon completing this quest the Heart of Azeroth gets its item-level increased by 15, not the actual level of it.
