[FIXED] [Uldir] [Mother] Purifying Flame Damage seems very low

Bug description: The Purifying Flames seem to do very low dmg on heroic difficulty. The Guide says it should to 36,747 Fire Damage. In my Recording I have 177 k HP and after one tick I have 161 K HP that means I get only around 16 k dmg per tick. I also linked a a screenshot of my Versatility and I only have 0,49 % so that does not decrease the dmg to this point.
