Bug description: The reputation upgrades should be account wide, not the actual reputation but the upgrades u get, so if my main has exalted for example, all my alts can go to silithus and get free 45 ilvls on their neck even if they are just friendly with Champions of Azeroth

The change is in the patch notes from 8.1

We're aware of this problem that it's not working as intended. The issue is being looked into so please have patience until it's fully resolved.
