I can't finish the Stormsong and Dance achievement

Hi,
I'm trying to get the "Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder" achievement to be able to fly in BFA.
To get this I have to complete the Stormsong and Dance achievement, but I'm stuck at the last part: "Treasure in Deadwash".
There are no quests for me to do! It should start with Leo Shealds in Deadwash, but no luck.
I've searched every other questgiver on this questline, but no one has a quest for me. In fact, there are no quests for me at all on the whole of Kul Tiras...
Has this also happened to others?

Hello Saltyfoefoe,

BfA Pathfinder 2 was implemented in 8.2.0 and we are still at 8.0.1 content which simply means that the quests are inaccessible. More info about it here.

About the quest you are stuck on, you have probably lost track of where to get your next quest for the last chapter. Make a ticket in-game and a GM will check your quest log for the next quest.
