Bug description: Can't finish the quest as I can't talk to Warren Ashton, as I try to talk to him he greets me but can't finish quest with that.

I'm waiting next to him right now and yes it's not working. I've done this quest few times before with my other chars but for some reason it's not working now. abandom/retake done, relog, quit game delete cash all done still not working. There were like 10 people i saw tried to do the quest and failed.
