Bug description: Ferocious Bite on resto spec does abnormal dmg (aprox 40k)

Rejected.

Tested right now and the spell is doing correct ammount of damage.

If you take a look to the spell tooltip, it says that it deals N ammount of damage, but it may consume up to 25 more energy to deal up to 100% increased damage.

So without double damage from energy and without the critical effect, the damage had to deal ~10k damage.

If you don't agree with me, please make another bug report with solid proofs of it.
