Bug description: I want to talk to Big Keech Npc to buy Mystery Orb but he isnt here and I can't time travel because Zidormi isnt here

Yeah, can confirm, I couldn't find her either. The Vale of Eternal Blossoms is stuck in the new 8.3 phase, but pretty much no NPCs can be found. I want to go back to the old Vale, but without Zidormi this is impossible.

The Vale of Eternal Blossoms shouldn't be in the new phase yet :/

Confirmed, the NPC shouldn't be there and the zone shouldn't be in the 8.3 Phase. Thanks for the report.
