Bug description: In PvP scenarios Flashpoint proc gives only 300 haste instead of 1200 as u can see in the pictures,i have x2 Flashpoint traits,in PvE scenarios works fine,but in PvP it doesnt.

azerite traits are nerfed to 50% effectiveness in pvp
so don't expect 1200

if they are,than its more than 50% ,its more like 70%,i have 2 traits which give 1200 haste,but the buff shows 300
