Bug description: i have completed the quest to establish my garrison before the launch of bfa now I reentered World of draenor from the dark portal and redid the scenario but i dont have the quest to establish my garrison. the garrison i established previously is gone and i dont know what to do.

WoD content is still unfinished from what I've seen. Your best bet to pass through it would be to do the bonus objectives scattered across the zones.

As stated above, please focus on leveling by completing Bonus Objectives around Draenor. WoD storylines, quests and Garrison Campaign is still under development.
