Bug description: For the Frigid boon quest, i think it's not scripted since when I loot some winter's kiss it doesn't add up on my quest. For the Seeking More Knowledge quest A treatise on Anchor weed can't be looted. But killing Gorak Tul is Okay. So maybe you can jud send me the item A Treatise on Anchor Weed ID:159960.

I did the quest for the Anchor weed before and it worked fine. Maybe try again after a server restart (one after you tried to do the quest, you don't have to wait until the next one xD)
