[REJECTED] [Island Expeditions][Quest] Quests from Island Expedition quest items cannot be started

Bug description: These quest items are each supposed to start a separate quest for extra artifact power, but said quests cannot be obtained, with the statement "You are already on that quest.", when in reality there are no quests present in the quest log.

Edit: I've attempted to unstuck from the website and delete Cache folder, but none of those options resolved the issue.

You seem to have completed these quests before, and it's not letting you accept the quests for the second time.
