Slow launch times.

I was wondering if anyone could help me as to why my game takes 10 minutes at the least to launch?
It runs in the background on task manager for 10 minutes and then it opens which is very frustrating.
I tried everything from checking if it can go thru my antivirus firewall to launching as admin and making sure the files arent on read only.
I just cant seem to find the reason as to why it takes forever to launch. It wasnt like this with the legion launcher

Questions:
Is the game fully downloaded?
How fast/slow is your computer in general? Any other heavy programs that are slow as well? Or are they fast and it's just WoW that is slow?

game is fully downloaded, computer is just fine with speed and no other heavy programs are running really, any other private server i launch launches basically instantly...its just this launcher thats super slow. and ive talked to multiple people and it seems that im the only one with the problem... oh and my gf, i downloaded the full game and gave it to her and hers also takes very long, i wonder if these is something wrong with the filess i downloaded

If you want, you can try to do a clean-up with Malwarebytes program, see If you got some programs that slow your pc.

And then do a launch recheck.

yea that didnt help either so i deleted the whole folder and im going to download it again but the site isnt giving me the download it just says 404 error when i click on download client from site so wtf
