Heritage Armor - Lightforge Draenai -Missing

Character name: Annyra si Kallyn
Bug description: The first lightforge Draenai i did was Kallyn(paladin) and I used the instant lvl 110 on her. After I fif a hunter called Annyra and I raised her up to 111 now (hunter) even though she was lightforged draenai as well and I raised her only by using heirlooms, I didn't get heritage armor. Can you check why I didn't get the heritage armor guest and also why there is no quest that I can take anymore in Vindicaar to unlock the heritage armor?

If the 110 boost is used in an allied race, the heritage armor cannot be obtained, you will need to raise another forged draenei for example to obtain it (raise it from the beginning).
This is blizzlike, it's not a server thing

As you can see from the comment above, the reason you didn't receive the Heritage Armor quest is due to using boosts. Also I'm not sure if you're referring that you used a race change on the other char, but that affects Heritage Armor as well. You can see that info on the link here.
