Bug description: I got in the mail from customer support the artifact that i already have in my bag, so i can't take it or delete it, could u pls delete the mail for me as i am unable to pls.

Good Morning dan2142,
I think it is best if you make a Ticket In-Game explaining your Issue.
Then, a GM can delete it for you.

Hi there,

Check your bank bags as well, as you might have it and not being in your standard character bags.

If the problem is solved this way, please let me know.

I Have it in my bag, and on my caracter who is 110, problem is i cant delete the mail as it gives a internal error, and its stuck in my mail for 20 more days i guess til it will remove auto so thats fine but if u can and have time pls remove the single mail in on my darkoo caracter as i cant delete it.

I would suggest making a ticket about this but by the time GMs get approval of removing the item from your mailbox the expiration of item will occur so i would just suggest waiting unless it is really bothering you.
