I can't reproduce the issue. Did you perhaps manage to turn the quest in afterwards? Seems like players do manage to complete it so please let me know if this is still an issue for you.

I have tried to do this quest for days. I've deleted cache, used Unstuck, dropped quest, taken it again, repeated all these things in different orders. I tried going to Dalaran and Broken shore to see if I could just skip it and do something and there really are no options that seem to work. The starting quest seems to derail the rest or I'm missing something.

The Legion Returns: Recruiter Lee is just not there.

I believe what you're reporting isn't related to the original bug report so please open a seperate report and explain your issue along with providing proof. This bug report is only intended for this very quest.

There were bug reports on the issue I'm talking about. They were marked fixed, the topics locked, and they still don't work. Probably something like it works when the server restarts and at some point it breaks again. I grow weary of reporting bugs that were already reported but the topics are locked before they're thoroughly tested.

They are tested and retested before marked as fixed. So please report your issue seperately, especially if you suspect something that was fixed is bugged again.

Since I wasn't able to reproduce this issue, and I see no one longer complains about this, I'll reject this topic. If this problem reoccurs, feel free to make a new report.
