Bug description:
>>Good morning, At the moment of making the drustvar chain and reaching the plot of “Fletcher's Hollow”, just after finishing the 2 missions:
- [The Three Sisters]
- [Charming the Lifeless]
The next one is [A Revealing Missive] but at the moment I go to npc [Evelyn Pare] (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=126310&name=evelyn-pare)

It does not have the mission, in addition to going to the site where the NPC is, a Dormant Ravager appears, which is the one used for the next mission, but it does not appear.
I try clearing cache, no addons, doing another mission, dying, unstuck, changing characters etc but the mission and the Dormant Ravager do not appear
I have already completed this chain of missions with other alters, but this is the first time it happens.

As you can see from the links you've provided, the quest is started via the quest item and not the NPC.
Check this link and you can see from which NPC's the quest item is obtainable. The NPC that you have linked is the ending NPC for the quest.

I finished trying and yes,
The loot of one of the 3 witches gives the item, and automatically starts the mission.
