Bug description: The Npcs dont drop the quest item parts, in fact they don't have a loot table, from 20-30, they didn't drop 1 thing.

I can confirm, from killing the "sithilid" NPC mobs, they did not drop "Sithilid Brains" this quest is in-completable

The quest/questline was a pre-patch event and won't be implemented as it is not necessary.
