Bug description:
Puting down Grounding totem right before spellcast ends doesnt work. I dont know if it is supposed to be like that, but it gives us a big disadvantage.

Its not just grounding. Spell batching is non existent on this server. The amount of times I used my HoJ before a hostile cast and the animation and the sound goes through but the spell never does.
