wow crashes

Hi there, yea so my wow launcher crashes every now and then....Idk what it is with the bfa launcher but it didn't do this with legion.
So there is a few things wrong and it makes it very unpleasant to play.
#1 The game crashes willy nilly and then a black command box pops up.
#2 Something that adds to the problem of #1 is the fact that it takes about 10 minutes for my launcher to open, no idea why and i have tried every idea under the sun from antivirus and firewall exceptions to read only files to running as admin. But alas it just takes forever to open.

So the crashing paired with the forever launch time makes it nearly impossible to enjoy the game.
I hope someone, ANYONE can help

try switching to direct x11 legacy

There was a similar problem, switching to DX11 helped!
