Bug description: Recruiter Lee mising after return from dalaran, its not spawned anymore in stormwind harbor

Did you manage to complete the quest or are you still having the same issue?

yes, same issues, cant complete quest, npc dont appear when i go storwind harbor recruiter lee, and after come back from dalaran dont show again

I can't really reproduce the issue but I'll check a bit further to see what could be the cause of it. I'll let you know as soon as I get more info.
