Old account recovery

Hello,

I can see that the server is now BFA upgraded, did the old characters from old accounts go transferred to this new server? Is there any way to recover them by any chance? Last time when i checked my account in 2019 it was working properly, now all the characters are gone. Thank you in advance !

Greetings,

Everything from Legion was ported to BfA automatically once the new expansion went live. Make sure that you are logging on the correct account.

Most likely you had the characters on the MoP realm which is closed since December 2019 and unfortunately there is no way to recover them. You can use the free level 110 boost ingame (once per account) in every starting zone for 1 character only.

Yes, it was probably like that, didn't keep up with the news over here it seems. So no chance to recover them even if i provide the correct info, screenshots and all of that ?
