Bug description: Bro is not working, u fixed for yourself ? Look at video before u dismiss. I tried 10 times at least, different days, today included, doesnt work, beside me there is a player that cant click the cache either...

This issue seems to be happening only to you and your friend in the video. Have you tried deleting the Cache folder, disabling addons and unstuck from the website?

Alright, i will leave this post open until you do all the stuff mentioned. Please let me know if the issue is fixed for you.
Also 1 more thing you could try if possible, log on another 120 character and try to loot the chest on that. It would be helpfull information to know that the issue is occurring only on your palladin or it's account wide.

Done bro, i did all that and it worked, unstucked, deleted cache folder and disabled addons; i dont think that it was unstuked that worked cause i unstuked already...maybe cache folder or addons disable worked:). Thank you
