Bug description: I have a problem with the necklace, despite having honored reputation with "champions of azeroth" the necklace is not increased by ilvl, my necklace has a level 26 of artifact power and is only 360 of ilvl. No upgrade on my necklace was made by magni, I did all the procedures but I think it is buggy

You need revered reputation to gain the last 15+ ilvl on your neck. In the screenshot you provided i can see that you only have honored.
