Bug description: The water strider mount should be able to walk in water surface, but currently that function isn't working, and that makes this mount useless especially for the new zones.

Check https://wow.gamepedia.com/Mount_equipment
You now need https://wow.gamepedia.com/Anglers%27_Water_Striders to be able to walk across water. It isn't a bug.
