[REJECTED] Alliance BFA questline start after using 110 character boost. HELP!

I am not able to start the BFA questline. I have only 2 quest options in Stormwind, one being for pet battles. The other is The Horde Uprising given by Wrynn. If I try to do that quest, it tells me to talk to Mathias Shaw whom never shows up.

Please Help! I want to start the path to 120!

Please provide your character name. Did you already complete any quests in SW?

You have the quest https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=51795&&name=the-battle-for-lordaeron in your quest log.
You have already completed Hour of Reckoning which starts the BFA questline. So just complete the quest The Battle for Lordaeron and continue your quests from there on.
