World Quest are locked by factions and it shouldn't be like that

World quests are supposed to be unlocked account wide not by faction, on retail as long they were unlocked on 1 character they were unlocked for every new char and factions didn't matter, not even realms matter so why it's different here?!

Hello xjyrox,

If you've already unlocked World Quests on your main, you still have to build 3 footholds on your alt to unlock World Quests. This is the only requirement.

The requirement above is if the character you've unlocked the world quests is the same faction as your desired alt. However if your alt is a different faction, you also need to achieve the three other reputations from the 3 other zones. You need to have both factions' reputations at least once per account.
