[Uldir] [Mythic] Vectis - Boss moves too fast after Liquify cast

Bug description: The boss should cast liquify 4 seconds and wait 4 seconds more before moving to deploy bombs (currently it cast liquify for 4 seconds correctly, but waits only 2 seconds before leaving to deploy the bombs)

1.40:800 - starts moving -> after 2 seconds (2 seconds less than expected - should be 4)

- minute 1.43 (there is a weak aura on the middle of the screen "Dodge boss" and has a big 8 on it exactly when the boss starts casting liquefy - this shows that in 8 seconds the boss will start moving).

Hope the details and videos are enough to prove this issue which truly is important because the raid gets more time to kill the add before the second imunosupression is cast.
