Bug description: There is never a quest for the Tortollan Seekers available in the mission table.

According to Wowhead:
Periodically, new missions will pop up on the Mission Table with varying rewards. Some missions will reward Tortollan Seekers reputation with a bonus objective of 150 Tortollan Seekers.

Proof: Since the launch of the patch, this was never available.

Have a look at the mission table, it is not listed.
