Hello! The runebound chest should have some runes present around it that the player must activate in a specific order. After the runes are all activated, you will be able to loot the treasure. The issue where the runes are not available was fixed and i was able to loot the treasure just a few minutes ago. Please try to unstuck/disable addons/delete cache and go try to do the runebound treasure again.

Hello, i unstucked from freakz site with wow closed, deleted cache folder and disabled addons and still can't loot chest. No runes around it.

Hey, I also bringed a random 112 mage to open the chest and he saw the runes. I will duplicate this post since the issue on trello is not closed yet but there is for sure something weird with treasures where some players can loot them and some not.
