Item isn't giving gem socket bonus when equipped.

Rejected: Your old shield is giving 40 haste, your new shield is not giving any haste besides the 40 from the socket. Its expected that if u switch a shield that gives 40 haste with another shield that gives 40 haste, your haste will be unchanged. In the screenshots u provided, i can clearly see that the shield with socket it's giving you haste.
