Bug description: Players in bg's are moving very fast and laggy, like everyone is blinking around nonstop. Before today was much smoother.
Proof: join any bg and watch how players move, especially those with some kind of speed buff.

confirmed,happens in arena too,that means something is wrong with the cross-server
