[REJECTED] Monel-Hardened Hoofplates cannot learn second rank

Bug description: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=286015 (wowhead link) says that I can learn the second rank for Monel-Hardened Hoofplates from Cain Tubal, but as you can see in the proof below that isn't true. Also, Cain Tubal shouldn't be able to teach you how to make Monel-Hardened Hoofplates or any other recipe (as you can see here https://www.wowhead.com/npc=142903/cain-tubal), you should be able to learn it from Grix "Ironfists" Barlow as it can be seen here https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=286015 (wowhead link)
