[DUPLICATE] Tortollan Seekers - Shell Game (Collector Kojo) WQ

While hovering over the shells, the cursor doesn't turn into a gear wheel, nor does the shell reveal anything when I click them. Sometimes half of the game table is missing. This applies to ALL quest all over the BFA expansion and it makes it quite hard to finnish the emisary in time.
