Bug description: Hello, well I just beat the world boss in arathi (Doom's howl) to get a 370+ object and I got it, but it turns out that it is not for my class due to a bug, as you can see in the image it is Mail and I I am a druid, I can only wear leather, I was wondering if you could give me a refund or something? I mean if you can give me the item that corresponds to me that would be any of the 2 parts 370 that fall to the druid, anyone works for me, I waited all week to get it and it turns out that this happens ... If you could help me I would appreciate it very much.

Well its not just you, many people have same problem. It would be amazing if they can help us with same issue. Put some gm's to work. love you guys <3

I know very well that many have the same problem, if they publish their problem like me, it would be nice if the administrators help us all since this bug is not our fault and I consider that we all need a refund

This is a known issue and was already reported here. Sadly, we can't help or recover any of the loot. Please have patience until it gets fixed.
