Missing Shirt in rewards for voting

Hi, I found this Shirt (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=53869&&name=war-paint-shirt-not-good-for-the-ladies-nyi) on a player in-game. He told me he got it from voting.
I cant rly find it in Shirts section (https://www.wow-freakz.com/vote.php?spend&&type=shirts)

Any help on this?

I do remember buying this item from cash shop in game around Legion, and it wasn't in vote shop though. I gave a look at shop on site and I cannot find that shirt either, so I believe you will have to wait until our shop in-game re-opens. I don't know when it's gonna be usable again though, but we will announce it on discord for sure.
