Bug description: No one seems to be able to enter Hellfire Citadel. There's also no entrance portal visable. Then again, nothing is visable in Tanaan, so maybe pahsing issue?

This was tested after it was announced the raid was fully implemented.

Yes, multiple people have tried this and it worked for no one.

After consulting with the Dev team, it's clarified that it needs a server restart for the entrance to be available for everyone.
