Hello,

The Season Best has nothing to do with your weekly Best.

In order to obtain a Weekly Chest you need to finish a Keystone during the Week before the Reset.

However If you did a Weekly Keystone and still can not open the Chest please make a new bugreport with a valid proof that you completed a Keystone and you are not able to loot the Chest on reset Day.
