Bug description: Multi questing Bug
Proof:
1) the mission asks me to speak with Mei Francis in dalaran the npg appears to be evidence of the completion of the mission, but making me interact only as a shopkeeper, thus preventing completion.
Quest "Anxiety for Adventure" 0/1 Talk to Mei Francis ".

2) Namha tanning mixture is collected from the table in the seat of the tanner instructor at Dalaran (legion) but which is then missing inside the bags.
Quest "From Head to Toe" 0/1 Sturdy Pellesalda Boots obtained.

3) I keep 7/7 Challenger Tributes but there are only 3 in the bags because, factor, mission completed, Npgs no longer release the items.
Also Npg to which deliver it absent.

4) Sarumar area
Quest "a sample for ly'leth" png visible on a stage which is impossible to access due to malfunction of the elevators.
