getting to argus

i wanted to go to argus for doing legion content but im unable to do so(there's no teleporter in dalaran) i searched for the archmage khadgar starting quest for argus zone but he doesn't have it what do i do?can you guide me how to go there?

There's some pre-Argus Legion content you have to complete before you can go to Argus.

This is pretty much what you need:
"To unlock Assault on Broken Shore your character needs to hit level 110 then head to the Violet Citadel in Dalaran and complete the quest: Uniting the Isles offered by Archmage Khadgar. Then head to Krasus' Landing and complete Armies of Legionfall. Since the completion of the Broken Shore scenario is Account-wide you need only one character on your account to complete it, then the rest of your characters can skip it by choosing Khadgar's gossip option: "I've heard this tale before...". Once you complete the Assault on Broken Shore quest, head straight back to the Violet Citadel in Dalaran, where the introduction quest for Argus, The Hand of Fate, will be available from Khadgar. Once you've accepted this quest, try to complete the quest chain up until the end of Rendezvous before doing anything else, as this will create a Lightforged Beacon in Dalaran that can be used to teleport back to Argus at any time."

bro when i go to the violet citadel the only quest I get from khadgar is a bugged magic message quest(intro quest to suramar i think),I don't get the armies of legionfall quest or hand of fate etc

Armies of Legionfall is not the only requirement. Uniting the Isles is as well, please make sure you've done both quests.

i finished the teleportation to dalaran and now i can see armies of legionfall on minimap as an available quest but khadgar is not at the location shown in the map.and on zygor guides it shows that I have already finished uniting the isles

i have same issue for my new alt have done all that on 4 chars before in legion but for this new char i should be able to take uniting the isles from khadgar. but khadgar doesnt give the uniting the isles.
so i get uniting the isles guess will solve the problem but cant get it.(i have it legion world quest alrdy unlocked on alts)

Were any of the characters boosted with the 110 option? The issue is currently confirmed and will be investigated as you can see here.
