[REJECTED] Cannot redo failed scouting report for Stonetusk watch

Bug description: After my troops failed to complete the Scouting report : Stonetusk watch, i tried to do it again by buying the report from the emissary. After buying it i clicked on the scouting report in my inventory and it disappeared as usual and i went to the command table on the ship in zuldazar port but there was no mission for the scouting report. I've bought it 3 times but result has been the same.

Now its working again. But i still spend those 400 resources for nothing.
