Bug description:

TLDR: Whether in a 5man/10man/25 man group this trinket will only proc for 1 person at a time.


This trinket has a relatively small proc chance which is absolutely fine. The problem is that that it will never proc for more than one person at a time. This means that there are scenarios where
i. e. in a 5 man m+ group having 3 Agility based DPS players there are situations where for 1 person the trinket will almost never proc

Proof: We were hitting a dummy for 10 minutes, we never had 2 players proc the trinket at the same time. In a lot of cases the same person proc'd his/her trinket 3/4x in a row while the rest of us could not proc it at all. Happy to record this but it is really challengng to record something to expicilty show you the issue. This is really easy to test.

Hello,

I tried to reproduce the Issue. However the Item has a lower Chance to proc overall compared to other Trinkets as example Construct Overcharger, so the Player can be very unlucky.

I tested it with another Player on a dummy. The fight lasted for around 6 minutes and the uptime was 28,8 % and mine was 19,0 %.

Also multiple Player's using that Trinket are able to apply "Dead Ahead" on the Enemy.

If it happens again please open a new Bugreport with valid proofs like Videos / Screenshots.
