Voting points spent without knowing about 110 boost.

Okay,so my account is from early 2012,i had played a while back,stopped wow for a couple of years,so i reloged and started lebeling up like normal,spend my 110 vote points on heirlooms.
After 40 lvl my brother tells me that there is a instant lvl 110 boost.
So i would like to ask if its in anyway possible to trade the heirlooms back for my votepoints since its only 5 points per day so 100=200 days spent on useless items.

I sadly have to inform you that there is no way to refund the items you've spent in the vote shop. It applies for everyone and every item. Thus, you are not able to get the vote points back.
