Flying Mount's Ground Speed in zones where you're not meant to fly.

Bug description: In zones where you were never meant to fly (example would be Timeless Isle), when you use a Flying mount there, you move extremely slow.
Proof:

In Jade Forest, I'm riding the same flying mount and my Addon shows that the mount is running at 210% (Which is 100% Movement speed from a ground mount)

So to summarize : When the addon shows 110% Movement Speed, it's basically the normal running speed while not mounted, and when it shows 210% Movement Speed, that means that the mount is running at it's max ground speed.
