Character name: Reugai
Bug description: Goblin passive "Best Deals Anywhere" doesn't work with Big Keech- NPC. Shows the correct price ( 16,000 gold ) but gives an error of "not having enough money" despite having over 16,000 gold on the character.

The Racial Bonus does not Apply on this Vendor. It was removed with the start of Warlords of Draenor.
